Biography//
京都府八幡市出身。
大阪府立淀川工業高等学校（現：淀川工科高等学校）情報技術科卒業。
故・丸谷明夫氏より薫陶を受け、同校吹奏楽部でハープと出逢う。
同志社女子大学学芸学部音楽学科演奏専攻卒業、同大学音楽専攻科修了。
第23回京都フランス音楽アカデミーに於いてイザベル・ペラン氏のマスタークラスを修了。2019年に渡米し、イリノイ州シカゴで開催された第73回ミッドウエスト・クリニックファイナルコンサートに出演。
2012年よりフィルハーモニック・ウインズ 大阪ハープ奏者。
楽団員としての演奏に加え、関西の主要オーケストラや吹奏楽団への客演、ソロや室内楽など、幅広く多彩な活動を精力的に展開している。
演奏活動の傍ら、吹奏楽部顧問（外部講師）として京都廣学館高等学校に勤務。
さらに、関西圏の数多くの中学校・高等学校・大学吹奏楽部にて指導に携わる。
ハープを三浦由美子氏に師事。
マルギット=アナ・シュース氏、サラ・ブレン氏の指導を受ける。
JEUGIAミュージックサロン三条講師。
日本ハープ協会会員。
Noriko Matsuo, she was born in Yawata City, Kyoto.
Graduated from the Information Technology Department of Osaka Prefectural Yodogawa Technical High School (now Osaka Prefectural Yodogawa Technology High School). During high school, under the mentorship of the late Mr. Akio Marutani, encountered the harp through the school’s wind band.
Graduated from the Major in Music Performance Department of the Faculty of Music at Doshisha Women’s College of Liberal Arts and completed the Postgraduate Certificate Program in Music at the same college.
Completed a masterclass with Ms. Isabelle Perrin at the 23rd Académie de musique française de Kyoto. In 2019, traveled to the United States and performed at the 73rd Midwest Clinic Final Concert held in Chicago, Illinois.
Since 2012, has been a harpist with the Osakan Philharmonic Winds.
In addition to performing as a member of the wind orchestra, actively engages in a wide range of musical activities, including guest appearances with major orchestras and wind orchestras in the Kansai region, as well as solo and chamber music performances.
Alongside performance activities, serves as an external instructor for the wind band at Kyoto Kogakkan High School.
Furthermore, provides guidance to numerous wind bands at middle schools, high schools, and universities across the Kansai region.
Studied harp under Ms. Yumiko Miura and received instruction from Ms. Margit-Anna Süss and Ms. Sarah Bullen.
Currently a lecturer at JEUGIA Music Salon Sanjo and a member of the Japan Harp Association.
